SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC

<br />Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
<br />paid by SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors
<br />and assigns, of Washington, D.C., does hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell

<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
