Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to LARSON CONSTRUCTION,
<br />INC., its successors and assigns, 505 Linden Ave., Grand Island, NE
<br />68801, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all
<br />of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot One Hundred Three (103) in Buenavista a subdivision,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 2, 2004, and recorded on April 9, 2004,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200403531 wherein Roger L. Shelton, A single person
<br />is named Trustor; and Bank of Doniphan is named Beneficiary; and
<br />Central National Bank is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligutio��s,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $23,700.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Bank of Doniphan to Central National Bank by an Assignment dated
<br />May 13, 2004 and recorded on May 14, 2004 as Instrument No.
<br />200404828 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated May 4, 2005, made
<br />by Central National Bank Grantor was substituted as Trustee in
<br />place of Central National Bank. The Substitution of Trustee was
