<br />John M. Cunningham, being first duly sworn upon oath, states
<br />that he is one of the attorneys for Five Points Bank, Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary under a Deed of Trust dated October 1, 1998, and
<br />recorded October 2, 1998, as Document No. 98- 109662 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and that on
<br />August , 2005, he mailed a copy of the attached Notice of
<br />Trustee's Sale to the following parties at the addresses shown by
<br />certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid:
