COMES NOW DEBRA L. VANMETER- HEIMBUCH, being first duly sworn upon <br />oath, deposes and states as follows: <br />THAT she is the duly acting and qualified Trustee of the VanMeter Descendants <br />Trust; <br />THAT on or about June 2, 1997, she executed a Deed as Debra L. VanMeter along <br />with her parents who were named and executed said Deed as Robert R. VanMeter and <br />Wilma L. VanMeter; <br />THAT on June 2, 1997, during the date of the aforementioned Deed, she was a <br />married person and still is, married to William Heimbuch; <br />THAT, in order to correct said situation, her husband William Heimbuch, has or will <br />execute a Quitclaim Deed to David Manfull and Jean Manfull, husband and wife; <br />THAT on said date of the execution of the aforementioned Deed being June 2, <br />1997, Robert R.
