<br />Lilienthal as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated May 5, 1999, and recorded in the-office of the Register
<br />R Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 99- 104885 and
<br />Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
<br />(formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number has been paid; and
