<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by James C. Smith and Catherine L.
<br />Smith, trustors, to Bank of Clarks, Clarks, Nebraska, Trustee, and Bank of Clarks, Clarks,
<br />Nebraska, Beneficiary, and recorded June 23, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200505710 in the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
