<br />1. He is the owner of Ryan Bartels Construction Co., L.L.C., and as said
<br />owner verifies this account in writing for and on behalf of Ryan Bartels Construction Co.,
<br />L.L.C.
<br />2. Ryan Bartels Construction Co., L.L.C., by and through its duly authorized
<br />agent, provided materials and labor for work done on property located at 1607
<br />Chesapeak, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows:
<br />Lot Thirty -seven (37), Morningside Acres Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. Labor and materials were furnished and used in the course of remodeling
<br />the basement in said home located on the above - described property at the request of
<br />Mark R. and Cynthia E. Miller, with the last date of materials and /or labor being provided
<br />being on June 2, 2005, and the balance remaining due for said labor and materials is the
<br />sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty -nine Dollars and Eleven Cents ($9,129.11).
<br />4. Ryan Bartels Construction Co., L.L.C. claims a lien on the above- described
<br />real estate in the amount of Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty -nine Dollars and
<br />Eleven Cents ($9,129.11), together with interest thereon at the legal rate.
