SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />Nebraska 68114 is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the deed of trust executed by Matthew J.
<br />Lemburg, a single person, as Trustor, in which Commercial Federal Bank is named as Trustee for the benefit

<br />said Lot 1, a distance of 83.71 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence running South
<br />parallel with the East line of said Lot 1, a distance of 907.5 feet, running thence West
<br />parallel with the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 83.71 feet, more or less, (said distance
<br />being the center 1/3 of said Lot at this point); thence running North parallel with the West
<br />line of said Lot 1, a distance of 907.5 feet to the North line of said Lot 1, being 83.71 feet
<br />East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; running East on the North line of said Lot 1, a
<br />distance of 83.71 feet to the point of beginning.
