<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed, BANK OF DON IPHAN.TRUSTEE
<br />for the benefit of ANDREW W MEIER, A SINGLE PERSON the BENEFICIARY named therein dated 11 -25 -03 and
<br />recorded 12 -3 -03 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Instrument
<br />Number 0200315591 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has request in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
