<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed BANK OF DONIPHAN,TRUSTEE
<br />for the benefit of ANDREW W MEIER, A SINGLE_ PERSON_ the BENEFICIARY named therein dated 08 -07 -03 and
<br />recorded 08 -15 -03 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Instrument
<br />Number 0200310701 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has request in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
