<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Leases, and
<br />Security Agreement (the "Deed "), executed by AMERCO REAL ESTATE COMPANY, a
<br />Nevada corporation, as Trustor /Grantor ( "Borrower "), to FIRST AMERICAN TITLE
<br />INSURANCE COMPANY, ( "Trustee "), and for the benefit of WELLS FARGO FOOTHILL,
<br />INC., a California corporation, in its capacity as Administrative Agent ( "Lender "), dated as of
<br />March 1, 2004, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />April 14, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200403670, has been paid, and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of Beneficiary,
<br />Trustee hereby reconveys to the party or parties entitled thereto, all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by Trustee pursuant to the Deed in the following described real estate:
