200507869 <br />SMALL ESTATE AFFIDAVIT <br />2 0V 21 <br />(REAL PROPERTY) <br />The undersigned affiants, upon being first duly sworn, do hereby depose and state: <br />1. That this affidavit has been prepared and executed pursuant to Section 30- <br />24, 129 R.S. Supp 2002, the same being a summary administrative <br />procedure authorized by law; <br />2. That one Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, also known as Lan Hsiang Wangchen, <br />departed this life on February 27, 2005 in Newton, Iowa. That therefore as of <br />the 17th day of June, 2005, thirty days will have elapsed since the death of <br />said deceased; <br />3. That no application or petition for the appointment of a personal <br />representative for the estate of Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, also known as Lan <br />Hsiang Wangchen is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction; <br />4. That Affiants have made an investigation and have been unable to determine <br />the existence or whereabouts of any Last Will and Testament executed by <br />deceased; <br />5. That at the time of her death, Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, also known as Lan <br />Hsiang Wangchen, owned Lots 19 & 20 Nottingham Estates <br />Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which as of <br />deceased's date of death, were valued at $4,120.00 and $3,115.00 <br />respectively, according to the records of the Hall County Assessor's office <br />(assessment rolls); <br />6. That deceased owned no property other than as above stated, except for <br />tangible personal property, namely: personal affects, of a nominal value. <br />That the value of the entire estate of said Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, also <br />known as Lan Hsiang Wangchen, wherever located, does not exceed in <br />value, the sum of $25,000.00; <br />7. That the undersigned, Francis Chen Cheo, Yien Cheo, Amy Cheo Pak, <br />Chun Ming Wang, Chun Ko Wang, and Chun Chung Wang, are children of <br />Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, also known as Lan Hsiang Wangchen, and as such <br />are the only successors to Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, also known as Lan <br />Hsiang Wangchen, and are entitled to and hereby claim right to possession <br />of the above described real property belonging to Lan Hsiang Chen Wang, <br />also known as Lan Hsiang Wangchen, by reason of intestate succession; <br />8. That no other person has a right to the interest of the decedent in the above <br />described real property; <br />9. That affiants swear or affirm that all statements in this affidavit are true and <br />material and further acknowledge that any false statement may subject the <br />person or persons to penalties relating to perjury under section 28 -915. <br />
