200507866 <br />authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by <br />the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the <br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the <br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which <br />sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee <br />herein, following notice of sale as required by law. <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as <br />aforesaid, then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, <br />who was the highest bidder for the sum of NINETY ONE THOUSAND <br />FIVE HUNDERD THIRTY SIX DOLLARS AND THIRTY FOUR CENTS <br />($91,536.34) therefore, the property hereinabove described. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, <br />as Trustee by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release <br />and convey to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. its <br />successors and assigns, all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the above - described <br />premises together with all buildings, fixtures, .improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to said premises. <br />DATED this 11th day of July, 2005. <br />Paul J.
