<br />2001, and recorded March 1, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200101577, and Modified on May 29, 2003 and recorded June 2, 2003 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200306926 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />tbi-ough said Trust Deed in the U111ovving dusuribea premises, but only as-to such premises,
<br />Lot Five (5), Block One Hundred Thirty-Three (133), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
