<br />Please take notice that Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor
<br />Trustee, in a Trust Deed from Mario Nuno, a single man, dated
<br />October 4, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on October 6, 1999 as Document No. 99-
<br />109841, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc.; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust
<br />Deed was assigned to Fleet Mortgage Corp. n /k /a Washington Mutual
<br />Bank, FA, said assignment recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 6, 1999 as Document No.
<br />99- 109842; does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default
<br />in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the
<br />following- described real estate, situated in the County of Hall
<br />and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />ALL OF LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3) , ROSS FIRST
<br />SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
