<br />Trustee, in a Trust Deed from Heather E. Clayman, a single woman,
<br />dated March 11, 2002 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 12, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200202734 the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc.; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust
<br />Deed was assigned to Washington Mutual Bank, FA said assignment
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on May 17, 2002 as Instrument No. 0200205302; does hereby
<br />notify the above -named persons of a default in said Trust Deed,
<br />which Trust Deed was granted upon the following - described real
<br />estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-
<br />wit:
<br />LOT TEN (10), IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), IN
<br />BONNIE BRAE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property
<br />was conveyed as security has occurred in that the grantors of said
<br />deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments on
<br />said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on
<br />the 1st day of March, 2005, and thereafter, and that there is now
