He is the general manager of Consolidated Concrete Co., a Nebraska <br />Corporation, and as said General Manager verifies this account in writing for <br />and on behalf of said corporation. <br />2. Consolidated Concrete Co., by and through its duly authorized officers, <br />entered into a verbal contract with Shafer Construction to provide concrete, <br />rock and miscellaneous products relating to construction of improvements <br />upon the real estate hereinafter described and the contract price for the <br />improvements constructed upon such real estate by Consolidated Concrete <br />Co., a Nebraska Corporation, totaled Five Thousand Nine Hundred Nineteen <br />and 25/100 Dollars ($5919.25). <br />3.
