<br />DAVID O. SOTO and LISA M. SOTO, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of $1 and
<br />other good and valuable consideration, the exchange of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
<br />bargain, sell and convey unto DAVID O. SOTO, TRUSTEE OF THE DAVID O. SOTO TRUST DATED
<br />NOVEMBER 18, 2004, and LISA M. SOTO, TRUSTEE OF THE LISA M. SOTO TRUST DATED
<br />NOVEMBER 18, 2004, as tenants in common, GRANTEES, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />LOT 7, WESTWOOD PARK THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HAIL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except such
<br />liens, mortgages, deeds of trust, and any and all other encumbrances of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) subject to said encumbrances, warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons.
<br />Grantors hereby state as follows: DAVID O. SOTO is a beneficiary of the DAVID O. SOTO
