PRINCE AND <br />JEANNE K. PRINCE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, of 4151 W LOUP RIVER RD., GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as trustor, Equitable Federal <br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, of 113 N. Locust, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein <br />referred to as beneficiary. <br />The parties recite and declare that: <br />a. Trustor executed a trust deed on December 26, 2002, in favor of beneficiary, which <br />was recorded on January 6, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds, of Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 200300153 covering the following described property (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. State. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(Wi /2NE1/4) OF SECTION TWO (2), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) <br />WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(NE1 /4); THENCE EASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST <br />QUARTER (NE1 /4), A DISTANCE OF SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY -EIGHT (768.0) FEET; THENCE <br />SOUTHERLY, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4), A <br />DISTANCE OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN (616.0) FEET; THENCE WESTERLY, PARALLEL WITH <br />THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4), A DISTANCE OF SEVEN HUNDRED <br />SIXTY -EIGHT (768.0) FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(NE1 /4); THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG AND UPON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST <br />QUARTER (NE1 /4), A DISTANCE OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN (616.0) FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />b. The above mentioned trust deed was given as security for Loan, described in such <br />trust deed, in the original amount of Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred and No/ 100 - -- <br />($14,800.00) Dollars, executed on December 26, 2002, by trustor in favor of beneficiary. <br />c. Trustor desires to obtain a loan in the amount of Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred <br />and No/] 00 ($70,800.00) from EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, 113 -115 N. Locust St., City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein <br />referred to as lender, but lender requires that such loan be secured by a trust deed that will be <br />prior to the trust deed in favor of beneficiary. <br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lien of the trust deed in their favor insofar as <br />it encumbers the above - described premises, to the trust deed made in favor of lender in order that <br />trustor may obtain such loan from lender.
