<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among Alvin New, Jr. and Donna New,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor, and KEARNEY STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY_, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of KEARNEY STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY , Beneficiary
<br />named therein, said Deed of Trust being dated November 19, 2003 , and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 24, 2003, Inst No. 0200315367 , has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to
<br />the following described premises, to wit:

<br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as belonging to such premises.
