<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on January 29,
<br />1999, as Instrument Number 99- 101089 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by Ali Al Aaly
<br />and Maria E. Lopez, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which U.S. Bank National Association
<br />ND is named as beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure
<br />to make property tax payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of
<br />such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of July 8, 2005, is
<br />in the amount of $60,566.31, plus interest thereafter, and further notified that because of such
<br />default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed.
<br />The trust property affected is as follows:
<br />The East Half of the North Half (E1 /2 N1 /2) of Lot Two (2), of Vantine's
<br />Subdivision, Located on Part of the Northwest Quarter (NWl /4) of Section
<br />Twenty Two (22), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6rh
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
