WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on September 16, 2003, and
<br />filed as Instrument No. 0200312303 in the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a
<br />certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />S 35.6' of Lot 13 and N 24.41 of Lot 14, Block 3, Southern
<br />Acres Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbef ore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or apper aining
