Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BECKY J JOHNSON AND EARL JOHNSON. WIFE AND HUSBAND to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 27, 2004
<br />and recorded FEBRUARY 4 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200401021 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
