CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED <br />TODD W. BISSELL, Successor Trustee, GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum <br />of Eighty Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($80,000.00) received from GRANTEES, <br />ROBERT E. O'CONNELL and IRENE G. O'CONNELL, Husband and Wife, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, conveys to GRANTEES, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
