<br />AKA Carol Mettenbrink York, husband and wife as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document
<br />#98- 106702, in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 8th day of July, 1998, and
<br />re- recorded as Document #98- 107022, on the 8t4 day of July, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EV2SE' /) which lies South of the Railroad Right -
<br />of-Way of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S' /2NW' /a) of Section Twenty -Five (25),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 158, Page 250
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
