BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust <br />dated April 20, 2001, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />April 25, 2001, as Instrument No. 200103681 and re- recorded on July 23, 2001 as Instrument <br />No. 200107228 herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty-Four <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven and 41/100 Dollars ($84,811.41), as credit against the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial <br />interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm <br />unto FEDERAL [TOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall.
