<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 20, 2001, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, April 25, 2001 as Instrument No. 20010368 land re- recorded on July 23, 2001
<br />as Instrument No. 200107228 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Books, wherein Robert R.
<br />Bartz and Michelle Bartz, Husband and Wife were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska "Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated April 20, 2001, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />April 25, 2001, as Instrument No. 200103681 and re- recorded on July 23, 2001 as Instrument
<br />No. 200107228 herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty-Four
<br />Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven and 41/100 Dollars ($84,811.41), as credit against the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial
<br />interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto FEDERAL [TOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following- described real estate in Hall. County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4) and the Easterly Twenty -Seven Feet (E27') of Lot Five (5), Block
<br />Nine (9), Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
