<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 33 feet
<br />east of the southwest corner of said Lot 26; thence easterly along the
<br />south line of said Lot 26, a distance of 138.75 feet; thence northerly at
<br />right angles and parallel with the west line of said Lot 26, a distance of
<br />66.379 feet; thence westerly at right angles a distance of 138.75 feet;
