<br />Trus -or, in w rich EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated August 10, 2004 and recorded August 18 2004 , in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200408204
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated August 10, 2004 , executed by Calvary Assembly of God, A
<br />Corporation , as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and recorded on
<br />August 18, 2004 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 0200408204 , has been paid on July 7. 2005 :
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described thefein, located in Han County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Lots One (1), and Two (2), in Block Six (6), Gilbert's Second Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
<br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on July 7 2005.
