<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Reis
<br />Construction, Inc.; A Nebraska Corporation ( "Trustor ") to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December 28, 2001, and recorded December 31, 2001
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No.
<br />0200113554, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"LOT ONE (1), WALTERS SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA"
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
