The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Betty L. Marr, an unmarried person, as
<br />trustor, to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 12,
<br />2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />0200411717, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
