<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County Nebraska,
<br />bounded on the Westerly side by the common road
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness stated above, with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void
<br />and of no further force nor effect.
