<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />-THAT WHEREAS, Z of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rick R.
<br />Carney and Diana S. Carney, Husband and Wife, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated February 25, 2002 and recorded
<br />March 4, 2002 as instrument number 200202408 in Register of Deeds of Hall County, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2), Valley View Subdivision, being a part of the North 1103.0 Feet of
<br />the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1 /2NE1 /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
