<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed, BANK OF DON IPHAN TRUSTEE
<br />for the benefit of DEWAINE W. FISHER AND JEAN ANN FISHER, the BENEFICIARY named therein dated 3 -1-
<br />2004 and recorded 3 -2 -2004 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as
<br />Instrument Number 94- 101740 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
