Anderson Jr. and Misty D. Anderson, husband and wife, as Trustors on March 10, 2003, in which Five Points Bank, was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on March 17, 2003 in Instrument No. 0200303051 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Central National Bank on March 10, 2003 and recorded on March 17, 2003 at Instrument No. 200303090 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment to Central National Bank of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
