Baxter, also known as Tom <br />Baxter and Thomas Baxter, and Elizabeth L. Baxter, also known as Elizabeth Lea Baxter, husband and wife, of the <br />County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated the 22nd day of June, 2004, and duly recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 23rd day of June, 2005, as <br />Instrument No. 0200406259, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the county of Loup, in the <br />State of Nebraska, on the 24th day of June, 2004, in Book 22, Page 700, and duly recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of the County of Garfield, in the State of Nebraska, on the 24`h day of June, 2004, in Book 47, <br />Page 353 of the records in said offices conveyed to Bruce 1. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the <br />payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; <br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have been partially satisfied. <br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in <br />consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of - -- ONE - -- Dollar to me in hand paid, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present <br />owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the <br />right, title and interest which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set forth <br />and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit: <br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty- seven, Township Eleven North, Range Ten West of the <br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To Have And To Hold The Same, Together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging forever.
