PREFACE TO DEED OF TRUST SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE FILING <br />(Disclaimer) rr <br />V/ 0� <br />The undersigned Trustor, being the same Trustor about to execute the Deed of <br />Trust, of which this Preface is a part, in respect to that real estate described as: <br />The Southwest Quarter; the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter in Section Sixteen, Township Eleven North, Range Ten West of the Sixth Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a strip of land 60 feet in width lying over and across the <br />southern part of the Southwest Quarter deeded to the State of Nebraska for road purposes AND EXCEPT <br />a certain tract more particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. <br />98- 100016. <br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty- seven, Township Eleven North, Range Ten <br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />hereby acknowledges: <br />1. No part of Trustor's homestead is presently, or in the future will be, situated upon the <br />real estate described in the Deed of Trust. <br />2.
