PREFACE TO DEED OF TRUST SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE FILING (Disclaimer) rr V/ 0� The undersigned Trustor, being the same Trustor about to execute the Deed of Trust, of which this Preface is a part, in respect to that real estate described as: The Southwest Quarter; the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section Sixteen, Township Eleven North, Range Ten West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a strip of land 60 feet in width lying over and across the southern part of the Southwest Quarter deeded to the State of Nebraska for road purposes AND EXCEPT a certain tract more particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 98- 100016. The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty- seven, Township Eleven North, Range Ten West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska. hereby acknowledges: 1. No part of Trustor's homestead is presently, or in the future will be, situated upon the real estate described in the Deed of Trust. 2.
