<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Westerly Six Hundred (600) Feet of the Northerly Two Hundred Seventeen and Eight - Tenths
<br />(217.8) feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(S1 /2NW1 /4NE1 /4) in Section Thirty -three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting the westerly Four Hundred (400) Feet
<br />of the northerly Thirty -five (35) feet thereof, together with all rights of ingress and egress of
<br />Grantor in the Corporation Warranty Deed, recorded as Document Number 86- 101652 on April
<br />3, 1986,
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors:
<br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements,
<br />covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
