<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Scott
<br />Hanna and Gloria Hanna, husband and wife to EXCHANGE BANK OF GIBBON,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK of GIBBON, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated September 8, 2000, and recorded October 27, 2000, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska Instrument Number 0200009324
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter (NE1 /4SE1/4) of
<br />Section Ten (10), Township nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the sixth p.m. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section ten
<br />(10), said point being two hundred, fifteen (211-5.0) feet south of the Northeast Corner of said Southc,15t
<br />quarter (SE1 /4); thence southerly along the east line of said Southeast quarter (SE1 /4), a distance of four
<br />hundred fifty four (454.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees 2.8' and running westerly, a distance of
<br />five hundred four (504.0) feet; thence northerly parallel to the east line of said southeast quarter (SE 1/4), a
<br />distance of six hundred sixty nine (669.0) feet, to the north line of said southeast quarter (SE 1 /4); thence
<br />easterly along the north line of said southeast quarter (SE1 /4), a distance of two - hundred ninety seven and
<br />seventy five hundredths (297.75) feet; thence southerly parallel to the east line of said southeast quarter
<br />(SE1 /4), a distance of two hundred fifteen (215.0) feet; thence easterly parallel to the north of said
<br />southeast quarter (SEl /4), a distance of two hundred six and twenty five hundredths (206.25) feet to the
<br />place of beginning and containing 6.723 acres more or less.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
