Shamberg, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with <br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein D. D. Lemke and Frieda M. Lemke, <br />husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Raymond Boehler and Daniele <br />Boehler, husband and wife, are Trustors and James I. Shamberg is <br />Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 3, 1994, and <br />identified as Document No. 94- 101767, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1), Lemke Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above- described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />1` <br />DA�-?_8HAMBERG,TRUSTEE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />he foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me <br />on 2005, by James I.
