<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ziska
<br />Properties, L.L.C., a Limited Liability Corporation, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 17, 2005, and recorded March 17, 2005 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in records as Instrument 0200502308 , has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"Lot Nine (9), Except the Southerly 16 feet thereof, and all of Lots Ten (10), and Eleven (11), in
<br />Block Six (6), in Pleasant Hill Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska."
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
