<br />the left, whose radius is 1399.80 feet, the long chord of which bears N55 °00'50 "W, a long chord distance of 1283.83 feet; 
<br />thence running N00°29'42 "W, a distance of 40.00 feet, to a point on the north line of said NE1 /4 SE1 /4; thence running 
<br />N89 °30'18 "E, along the north line of said NE1 /4 SE1 /4, a distance of 1079.27 feet, to the point of beginning and containing 
<br />7.406 acres more or less. 
<br />Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other 
<br />Property described therein.
