<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED 
<br />This instrument, made this 20"' day of July, 2005, between Thomas J. Young, a member � Sv 
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ", pursuant 
<br />to the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on January 7, 2000 as 
<br />Instrument No. 200000217 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee of Structured Asset Securities 
<br />Corporation Amortizing Residential Collateral Trust Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates Series 
<br />2000 -BC2, hereinafter called "Grantee ": 
<br />WHEREAS, on May 2, 2005, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice 
<br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to William L. Sundermeier and Pamela G. 
<br />Sundermeier, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), under that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on 
<br />January 7, 2000 as Instrument No. 200000217, in the Mortgage Records in the office of the 
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as: 
<br />Lot 8, Farmington Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and 
<br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to 
<br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of 
<br />Hall. County, Nebraska on Recorded on May 4, 2005, as Instrument # 200504023 of the 
<br />Miscellaneous records of said County. 
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice 
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. 
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on June 08, 2005, Grantor caused to be published in Grand 
<br />Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a Notice 
<br />of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the 
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or 
<br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on July 20, 2005. Publication of such notice was made for five 
<br />consecutive weeks on June 08, 2005, June 15, 2005, June 22, 2005, June 29, 2005, July 6, 2005
