The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record October 18, 2004, and

<br />0200410119, Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Carol M. Castleberry, a
<br />single person, as Trustor, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Arend. R. Baack, is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record
<br />December 12, 2002 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200213853.
<br />On or about December 11, 2002, Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of '-Trust to Principal Residential
