Guzinski, Justine C. Guzinski, Lincoln Title Company, n/k/a LTS Title Service, <br />Trustee, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, as the defendants, the <br />object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given <br />by said Douglas E. Guzinski and Justine C.
