<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the day of July, 2005, GMAC Mortgage 
<br />Corporation, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, 
<br />against Douglas E. Guzinski, Justine C. Guzinski, Lincoln Title Company, n/k/a LTS Title Service, 
<br />Trustee, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, as the defendants, the 
<br />object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given 
<br />by said Douglas E. Guzinski and Justine C. Guzinski, husband and wife, to Lincoln Title Company, 
<br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as 
<br />Nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation, d/b /a ditech.com, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest 
<br />in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order 
<br />for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by 
<br />such deed of trust, including all buildings, structures, improvements, and attachments located within 
<br />the above - described real estate permanently affixed to said real estate and made a permanent part 
<br />thereof, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated January 8, 2003, and was 
<br />recorded March 4, 2003, as Instrument Number 2003 -02524 of the Mortgage Records of Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: 
<br />LOT FOUR (4), IN INDIANHEAD THIRD SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF 
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE 
<br />RECORDED PLAT THEREOF; 
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment 
<br />recorded on July 11, 2005, as Instrument Number 0200506240 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
