<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JOHN W BOORD JR AND VICKI LYNN
<br />BOORD, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated JUNE 10. 2005 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
