<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael
<br />W. Moore and Debra D. Moore, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated January 29, 1999 and June 19, 2000, and recorded
<br />February 5, 1999 and July 27, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />entered in as Instruments No. 99- 101344 and 0200006059, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does
<br />hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"Lot Seventeen (17), in Western Heights Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
