TERMINATION OF LEASE <br />200506991 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENCE: <br />1. That Robert C. Ramold, Lessee, under a certain Lease Agreement dated May 28, <br />2003, filed a Memorandum Notice of Lease Agreement as Document No. 200411993 with the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That this Memorandum Notice of Lease Agreement references to a Lease <br />containing terms and conditions permitting the Lessee to occupy the premises until April 30, <br />2018, and could be extended by the tenant until April 30, 2018, for following real estate: <br />A portion of the building known as Unit A located upon Lot Seven <br />(7), Block Two (2) in Spaulding and Gregg's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with two parking <br />stalls directly east of the building in the parking area located across <br />the alley from the building. <br />3. That Lessee has entered into an agreement with the City of Grand Island, which is <br />the successor in interest to Michael Nigon and Barbara Nigon for termination of this lease and <br />said lease shall be terminated effective September 1, 2005. <br />4.
