RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
<br />__. The- undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Assignment of Rents executed by
<br />Timothy C. Plate, a single person as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of December 5, 2002, and recorded on
<br />December 11, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200213774 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of Assignment of Rents. This Reconveyance is executed
<br />at the request of the Beneficiary under said Assignment of Rents.
<br />Property:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Nelsen Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska by Quitclaim Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 85- 000078.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of July 13, 2005.
