<br />Nebraska, ASSIGNOR, does hereby assign to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for repayment of a loan, all
<br />of ASSIGNOR'S right, title and interest in the Deed of Trust in which Northridge
<br />Assembly of God is named beneficiary and filed for record on July b_, 2005, as
<br />Document No. aC.1, - Y12/V LY , in the records of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining to the following described real estate:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Six (6), in Gilbert's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />It is understood that if the ASSIGNOR pays the indebtedness which ASSIGNOR
<br />owes to the ASSIGNEE, that this Assignment of said beneficial interest in the Deed of
<br />Trust referred to herein will hereafter be null and void and of no further force or effect.
