That COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK, a FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK ('Assignor'), acting herein by and through a duly

<br />MARCY J. TREJO (' Borrower(s)') secured by a Deed of Trust therewith from Borrower(s) for the benefit of the holder
